This Contract is for Annual Required Service for a Commercial Property with One Septic System being inspected once a Month.  (If you do not have a kitchen or more than 5 employees, please choose "Minimum Service Contract"  if you have been given permission by the county to qualify for Quarterly inspections.)
 
Regulatory Authorities Require an "Annual BOD and TSS Water Test" - Please Add to Cart if you would like to pay at this time, otherwise you will be billed $100.00 in January of the next year.
